Global Enterprise Leadership Development | 2025
Recruited to strengthen the C-suite succession pipeline and global leadership capability. Scaled Leader as Coach, Feedback Culture, and Enterprise Mindset programs to more than 3,000 leaders globally, achieving 97% participant satisfaction. Established an Enterprise Facilitator Network of more than 150 certified facilitators and partnered with senior executives and HR Analytics to translate talent data into actionable leadership insights.
2022–2025
Head of Leadership Development Programs | 2022–2025
Created the organization’s first enterprise-wide leadership-development system following the Anixter merger, with development pathways spanning early-career professionals through senior executives. The work produced a 0.40 improvement across leadership capability dimensions, earned a Net Promoter Score of 73, and resulted in 295 digital credentials being awarded to cohort participants. The programs received Gold Awards from Brandon Hall Group and the United States Distance Learning Association.
2017–2022
Learning Specialist → Master Trainer | 2017–2022
Developed leaders and suppliers within a male-dominated business environment, connecting professional development with leadership capability and business performance. Selected by Shane O’Kelly, then CEO of The Home Depot Pro, to co-host the enterprise-wide Women in Pro event for more than 1,500 participants. Rachel also helped increase professional sales coaching by 35% within five months and was personally recognized with the Executive Homer Award.
Earlier roles in sales operations and account leadership at Progress Rail Services and Interline Brands grounded Rachel’s leadership work in customer relationships, commercial performance, and business reality.
